Health Quality Assessment

Health assessments have managed to become status quo in the wellness industry.  Notice that we list our Health Quality Assessment last on our list of engagement tools.  Why?  Because there is not one study conclusively demonstrating that taking a questionnaire changes one's behavior.  If you can show us proof, we are quite happy to be wrong.

That said, the standard wellness fare these days comprises a health assessment, so we offer one.  But ours is different.

Why 27 Questions?

If you insist on offering a health assessment, ours will generate a much higher completion rate than those offered by your health plan.  Why?  First, members are suspicious of sharing data with their health insurer.  Secondly, most assessments are 100+ questions and take over 30 minutes to complete.  Sonic Boom's HQA is 27 questions and takes 4-5 minutes to complete.  Put yourself in your employees' shoes.  Which would you prefer?
