We realize not everyone is motivated in the same way -- that's why we've incorporated a variety of approaches to appeal to as many people as possible.

Our programs drive high participation because we offer something for everyone. All of our programs feature: - Daily motivation. We provide daily challenges that focus on weight management, physical activity, nutrition, and stress reduction -- every single day they're at work! Even if people don't participate, they'll be buzzing about the challenges, and learning ways to adopt healthier lifestyles.
- Competition. All of our programs allow employees to compete individually or as teams. If they don't want to compete -- or if they want to compete, but to remain anonymous -- that's fine. But nothing gets people revved like a little friendly competition.
- Peer-to-peer awards. When one employee sees another doing something healthy, they can award a CaughtYa Bein' Healthy ticket. Earning these tickets leads to opportunities to win valuable prizes, which is motivation enough. But even better is the camaraderie it builds to have co-workers rewarding one another for healthy behaviors.
- Valuable (and oh-so-cool) incentives. Research shows that while cash is the most-asked-for incentive, it's the least appreciated. I mean really -- what are you going to spend it on -- gas for your car? Toilet paper? How fun is that? Our program provides cool prizes that people will value and treasure -- and they'll remember that they earned those prizes because they made healthy improvements in their lifestyle. - Exceptional education. People are excited by learning new things -- especially when what they're learning could have profound positive effects on their health. Basic educational material on nutrition, weight-loss, physical activity, and stress reduction is fine -- and we include it as a foundation in our programs. But we quickly take people to the next level, offering enlightening, state-of-the-art science in an easy-to-understand format.
