Although most CFOs have a handle on health care costs and the impact of lifestyle choices on health risks, few measure the sneaky, hidden costs that erode corporate profits and productivity.
The costs beyond health care For many companies, the complementary forces of presenteeism and absenteeism are even more destructive to organizations than rising health care costs.
