I believe that we are all better people when we take care of ourselves. Walking in to the Intergalactic Headquarters you can feel the positive energy and passion all around. The wellbeing program will excite and engage your employees and I can’t wait to share it with you!

A family favorite is a breakfast of Spam and rice.

Favorite exercise

I love endurance sports! I am happy running, swimming, or biking, but in the zone when I am training or competing for a long distance triathlon.

Fun facts

• I have lived in the largest and smallest states in the contiguous United States.
• My grandfather won a gold medal in the 1932 Olympics.
• We bought our house because in one direction we are 2 blocks from the beach and the other we are 2 blocks from Dairy Queen.
