Why I’m here?

I have been in the wellness industry for over 15 years. As I kept learning about healthy living and started making changes of my own, I was inspired to help others make the changes they wanted and needed to become their healthy best! It is beyond rewarding to be part of people’s journeys as they make changes to their wellbeing and are able to experience the world in a whole different way!

Favorite food

I LOVE fruit! Nectarines, berries, oranges and watermelon with Tajin (you gotta try it!) all the fruit! I also love salads with a nice vinaigrette. Authentic Mexican food is by far my favorite, my mama makes the best enchiladas and pozole! Uh, and dark chocolate!

Favorite exercise

I love lifting weights and all kinds of strength training, I just feel so strong! I also love dancing salsa, bachata and merengue. I love spending time with my 2 year old daughter who keeps me running all over the place and watching Moana and Coco (what feels) 5 times a day!

Fun facts

  • I was raised in Mexico and moved back to the U.S. when I turned 15. Living in Mexico is WAY different than living here, love both!
  • I am terrified of putting myself in an upside position, you will NEVER see me doing cartwheels nor handstands or anything similar to that!
  • I DO NOT watch scary movies, the last one I saw was back in the 90’s and it was Chuky. But I LOVE stupid movies, Step Brothers, The Hangover, yeah.. that kind.
