Why I’m here?

Positivity is my jam and I love to spread it! Coaching is so rewarding; I take pride in supporting others and being a part of their health journey. Working for Sonic Boom is icing on the cake! Pairing coaching with world-class technology and engagement is a dream come true!

Favorite food

If it’s food, I’ll eat it. From roasted beets, brussel sprouts, and celery juice to pizza, fries and burritos – I don’t discriminate. I wish I could say I find unhealthy food unappealing but I can’t – it’s delicious. If I did have to pick a favorite food (twist my arm), it would be sushi.

Favorite exercise

I love staying active by using what’s around me- no gym membership here. To date I’ve completed multiple half marathons, one full marathon, a few Spartan races and mud runs, a Half Ironman (triathlon), an Ultra Ragnar Relay, a 12 hour Adventure Race, and a couple of mountain bike races. My family and I love to take camping trips to explore new mountain biking trails.

Fun facts

  • My childhood was spent in Kansas at which time I owned a small white Maltese named Toto.
  • My parents claim that sushi was my first solid food as a baby – it could explain why I love it so much.
  • I met my husband my senior year of high school and we went to prom together. We became engaged 4 years after that, have been married for over 10 years, and now have one very adventurous little girl who keeps us on our toes.
