Exercise, diet, healthiness are the best medication we can offer! Yet, less than 5% of us take advantage of free, fun and effective ways to feel better and live longer. I’d rather meet you walking in the park than waking up in my ICU.

I’m all about that bicycle. But I do what I can when I can: running, swimming, hiking. I’ve always got exercise gear with me, because you never know when you’ll find time for a quick run!

- I have four awesome kids.
- I’m terrified of swimming in open water … but I love boats.
