Why I’m here?

I have a passion for helping others and love being part of a team that is always striving to move in the same direction. Sonic Boom Wellness has a drive for members and details!!! I am so grateful to be able to work alongside other self-motivated people for such a great cause! I also LOVE bringing positive energy to someone’s day!!!

Favorite food

I am a major foodie!!! I love to cook and am always wanting to try new foods/recipes from all over the world! My guilty pleasures are CHOCOLATE and NACHOS.

Favorite exercise

I enjoy swimming, walking on the treadmill and playing fitness games on the VR.

Fun facts

• I am a gamer.
• When I was a kid, my family and I went camping for an entire year and half, I have gone fishing in all of the Great Lakes and I live in AZ but was born in WI.
• I am a mom of 7 (3 girls and 4 boys).
