Why I’m here?

I was introduced to coaching 10 years ago when I first moved to San Diego, and I was hooked! I love the concepts of behavior change and strengths-based coaching. Working with individuals to help them achieve their goals and improve their lives has given me such satisfaction over the years, and it’s ultimately what has kept me in this biz!

Favorite food

I always eat healthy. Just kidding. NACHOS PLEASE.

Favorite exercise

I’m a big fan of mixing it up, which I’ve definitely done over the years! I played sports throughout high school, enjoyed kickboxing and spinning in college, and at 25, began running. While living in California, I took advantage of the weather and a supportive group of friends and coworkers, and completed 18 half marathons. When I needed a break from that, I learned to love walking and hiking. Now I enjoy moseying along for miles, listening to podcasts and books on tape, and spending time with my dog, Pete.

Fun facts

  • I was in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade when I was in high school. My parents have it taped on VHS.
  • I’m an identical twin.
  • I’m passionate about the importance of kindness.
