What do wellness and self-driving cars have in common?

This comparison is definitely random, but hear us out. What comes to mind when you think of self-driving cars? They get you from point A to point B, you program the route ahead of time, you relax along the way, and somehow everyone gets there in one piece. Of course, a human passenger is present to override any errors or bumps along the way, but the whole idea is that this insanely smart motor vehicle takes the stress out of commutes and works off sensors, radars, machine-learning systems, and complex algorithms to make your day in traffic a whole lot better.

Now, when you think of an effective employee-wellness program, what does that look like? A program that takes the specific needs of your employees and caters a program toward that, right? What about a program with multiple “sensors” of its own that help the “driver” craft the exact direction they want to go in their health journey? Or a program that removes the boring complexities of wellness and makes them easy to navigate and engage with? Imagine that: a program that makes cruising down the freeway toward better health much more attainable, relaxing, and, dare we say — easy?
