🌱 Starting Small, Building Big
In her first coaching session, Spencelia shared a common struggle:
“I tell myself I’m going to walk the next day, but then the next morning, I don’t.”
Her initial goal was modest—just two walks that week. But with consistent support and her own growing determination, she built momentum. Today, she works out 5–6 days a week, either walking or hitting the gym after her third-shift job (4:00 PM to 4:30 AM). That means she exercises before heading home to sleep. Talk about commitment!
She’s gone from feeling winded on short walks to hiking a local peak with a 700-foot elevation gain. Her progress is a testament to what’s possible with persistence and support.

💡 A Turning Point
Before coaching, Spencelia asked her doctor for weight loss medication.
“I begged my doctor for medication,” she recalls. “He told me, ‘You don’t need this—you can do this.’”
That moment sparked a mindset shift. She took control of her health and hasn’t looked back. Now, she’s proud of the lifestyle she’s built and eager to share her story to inspire others.
